Collinwood Woman Arrested on Meth Charge

   Francino Caroline Victory, age 48, of Collinwood, was arrested on Monday, November 16^th on a charge of manufacture/delivery/sale/possession of methamphetamine. The report filed by Officer Nicholas Horton of the Collinwood Police Department stated that on November 5^th, 2020, Victory entered Collinwood Drugs and allegedly dropped a black case which held her debit card and a plastic bag containing 0.5 grams of methamphetamine. Victory was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $75,000.00 bond.
