Lanna Oleen Hall, age 27, of Collinwood, was arrested on Friday, April 9th on capiases issued by the Wayne County Grand Jury. In October 2020, the Grand Jury handed down indictments against Hall for sale of methamphetamine and failure to appear. She was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail with no bond.
