Collinwood Man Arrested on Theft and Burglary Charges

   Ryan Thomas Clay, age 30, of Collinwood, was arrested on Tuesday, February 11^th on charges of burglary and theft under $1,000. According to the report filed by Investigator Dusty Malugen, Clay was found to be in possession of and allegedly admitted to the theft of several plastic totes containing approximately $275 worth of items that were stolen from a metal outbuilding on Baptist Hill Road in Collinwood. Clay was booked into the Wayne County Jail on $27,500.00 bond.
