Collinwood Man Arrested for Theft of Property

   Brandon Lee Littleton, age 36, of Collinwood, was arrested on Friday, April 24^th on a charge of theft of property over $2,500. Investigator Matt Retherford filed a report stating that on March 1^st, 2020, Littleton was in possession of a central heat and air unit which was then reported stolen on March 4^th. The unit was reportedly stolen from a home that is currently owned by the Wayne County Bank, but was previously owned by Littleton. Littleton allegedly sold the central unit for $800, while the bank valued the unit at $3,000. Littleton was booked into the Wayne County Jail on $25,000.00 bond.
