Collinwood Man Arrested for Meth

   Jordan Chase Bennett, age 27, of Collinwood, Tennessee, was arrested on Wednesday, January 27^th following a traffic stop. Deputy Sophia Axley-Davis filed a report stating that she performed a traffic stop on the vehicle driven by Bennett for a traffic violation, and after receiving information from dispatch, discovered that Bennett’s driver’s license was suspended. When Bennett was searched before being placed in the patrol car, he was allegedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine, which was found in his jacket pocket. Bennett was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended license and manufacture/delivery/sale/possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into the Wayne County Jail on $80,000.00 bond.
