Collinwood Man Arrested for Meth, Drug Paraphernalia

   David Boyce Stults, age 62, of Collinwood, was arrested on Friday, November 29th on charges of manufacture/delivery/sale/possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputy Tyler McKenzie reported that he performed a traffic stop on Stults’ vehicle for a headlight being out. K9 Eryk was deployed to do an exterior scan of the vehicle, and alerted to the passenger door. When Deputy McKenzie performed an interior search of the vehicle, he allegedly located several syringes and a small plastic bag containing meth residue. A search of Stults’ pockets then allegedly revealed approximately 0.2 grams of meth inside another small plastic bag. Stults was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $52,500.00 bond.
