Collinwood Man Arrested for Aggravated Domestic Assault

   Anthony Blake Thompson, age 31, of Collinwood, was arrested on Monday, February 15^th on charges of aggravated domestic assault, resisting arrest, and vandalism. The report filed by Sgt. Eric Wilson of the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office stated that Thompson allegedly grabbed his girlfriend Kayla Nicole Rumbaugh in a choke hold and dragged her from one room to another. Rumbaugh was allegedly bleeding from her mouth when officers took the report, and she told officers that Thompson had also punched her in the mouth. When Thompson was placed under arrest, he allegedly resisted by swinging his arms and kicking at the officers. Once taken into custody, Thompson allegedly kicked out the sliding partition window of the patrol car. He was transported and booked into the Wayne County Jail with no bond.
