Clifton Man Arrested on Meth Charge

   William Andy Burns, age 46, of Clifton, was arrested on Thursday, September 16th following a traffic stop. Deputy Brett Rinehart filed a report stating that when he pulled Burns over, he determined that Burns’ driver’s license was revoked. A search of Burns’ vehicle allegedly revealed 3.5 grams of methamphetamine and a glass pipe. Burns was arrested on charges of possession of schedule II meth with intent, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving on a revoked/suspended license.
