Burglary and Drugs Results in Arrests Last week

Jaycee Elizabeth Chambers age 18, of Collinwood, was arrested on Tuesday, November 23rd on a charge of aggravated burglary. The report stated that Chambers and another individual allegedly entered a home on Tennessee Lane in Iron City without the owner’s consent. Chambers was booked into the Wayne County Jail on $75,000.00 bond.

Timothy Gene Pearcy, age 55, of Lexington, Tennessee, was arrested on Wednesday, November 24th on multiple drug charges. According to the report filed by Investigator Steve Wilson of the Clifton Police Department, Pearcy was allegedly found to be in possession of 20.8 grams of methamphetamine, less than ¼ oz. of marijuana, pipes, scales, and papers. Pearcy was found to be in possession of these items while on CCA state property. He was charged with possession of schedule II meth over 0.5 grams, possession of schedule II meth with intent to deliver, simple possession of schedule IV marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Wayne County Jail on $155,000.00 bond.
