Bid Notice

Wayne County Government is accepting bids for the building described on Map 146D, Group A, Ctrl Map 13N, Parcel 023.00 along with the land (plus or minus 6.70 acres) described in Book 44, Page 423. The address listed is Highway 13 South, Collinwood, TN. Sealed bids will be sent to Wayne County Executive, 100 Court Circle, Suite 300, Waynesboro, TN 38485. Bids will be accepted until 12:00 Noon on December 29, 2020 and be publicly opened and read at 1:00 PM on December 29, 2020 at County Executive’s office. Proposals received after the opening time will be left unopened. Wayne County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
