Austyn Duane Duke Arrested on Charges of Domestic Assault, Intent to Harm

   Austyn Duane Duke, age 24, of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, was arrested on Tuesday, December 30^th on charges of domestic assault and serious intent to harm. Deputy Jaggar Thompson filed a report stating that he was dispatched to Duke’s residence on a call of someone wanting to harm themself with a knife. Upon Deputy Thompson’s arrival, Duke was detained, and his mother Jenny Duke stated that Duke had been threatening to harm himself with a knife. She also alleged that Duke had hit his little brother several times in the face before getting the knife and stating that “things were going to get bad.” Duke was arrested and booked into the Wayne County Jail on $100,000.00 bond.
