The Collinwood Police Department stated last week that there was an attempted break-in at Collinwood Drugs during the nighttime hours on Thursday, September 10th. Investigator Dale Palmer stated that the individual in the photo above threw a brick through the window on the front of the building, but when the alarm went off, the suspect ran away and did not make entry into the building.
Investigator Palmer said that there are currently no leads in the case. The photo of the suspect was obtained from video surveillance at a building across the street from the drugstore. Although the photo of the suspect is blurry and hard to identify, law enforcement encourages anyone who may have information on the incident or the suspect to call the Collinwood Police Department at 931-724-9227. A reward for information is being offered.
