Annual Golf Tournament is Saturday, June 24th

Dust off those clubs! Wayne County Bank and Wayne County Helping Hands are hosting a golf scramble to benefit the Wayne County Helping Hands program on Saturday, June 24th at the Waynesboro Municipal Golf Course.

There will be tee times both in the morning and afternoon. Registration for the morning round will be at 7:15 a.m. with tee time at 8:00 a.m. Registration for the afternoon round will be at 12:15 p.m. and a tee time of 1:00 p.m. Cash prizes will be awarded, along with door prizes between the morning and afternoon rounds.

Wayne County Helping Hands provides faith-based support for individuals suffering from physical and mental substance abuse disorders. The Gateway House, located on Highway 99 in Waynesboro, offers a safe place to stay free of charge for women who are waiting on admission to a long-term residential treatment program.
