Ann Staggs was born April 21, 1950 in Waynesboro, TN, the daughter of late Floyd and Inavey Brewer Staggs. She was of the Christian faith and a lover of animals. Mrs. Staggs worked multiple jobs but was always a caregiver. She departed this life on December 9, 2022 in Tullahoma, TN at the age of 72 years, 7 months, and 18 days.
She is survived by her children, Amy Norris of California, George (Summer) Blasingame of Tullahoma, TN, and Desiree Blasingame of Huntsville, AL; sister, Wanda (Joe) Thompson of Collinwood, TN; sisters-in-law, Melba Staggs and Ann Scott; grandchildren, Austin (Logan), Abby (Ethan), Jordan (Sam), Reuben, Jaxon, Cadence, Marcos, and Cruz; three great-grandchildren; multiple nieces and nephews; and dogs, Duke and Precious.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Staggs was preceded in death by siblings, Randy Wayne Staggs, Thomas Scott, and Floyd “Babe” Staggs.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2022 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm service time at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Collinwood, TN.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 3:00 pm at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Collinwood, TN with Kevin Scott officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens of Wayne County in Collinwood, TN with Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting the family.
