On March 6th-7th, Wayne County UT Extension will be offering a Master Beef Producer Program. We have a wonderful line-up of presenters this year!
The program is designed to leverage success into an even more productive beef industry in Tennessee by improving profitability, position in the industry, and to be competitive with other states.
The Tennessee Master Beef Producer Program uses a combination of hands-on experiences and classroom teaching to provide opportunities for producers to gain knowledge in current beef cattle management practices that are important to the profitability and sustainability of the industry.
Participants will also receive the opportunity to network with other producers, extension specialists, and industry representatives.
As a result of successfully completing a Master Beef Producer Program, you will be eligible for up to 50% cost-share on qualifying purchases through Tennessee Ag Enhancement Program.
You must have a current BQA Certification in order to attend the Master Beef Producer Program.
