For the first time in a few years, the Wayne County 4-H has hosted a 4-H Recycled Piggy Bank contest this year. There were many awesome piggy banks turned in for the contest, and it was quite the difficult decision picking the best! For the county contest, I posted the blue ribbon winners from the classroom contests on our 4-H Facebook page and the piggy bank with the most likes for each level will be submitted to the state 4-H Piggy Bank contest.

The grade-level winners are as follows: 4th Grade – Addy Davis, 5th Grade – Aidan Daniel, 6th-8th Grade – Hannah Shelton, High School – Carlee Parrish.

Fantastic job to all of the 4-H’ers who submitted piggy banks to the contest, and much appreciation to all who voted to help us decide who the winner would be!
