Hassell Tournament Hosted by FHS Begins Junior High Basketball Action

Waynesboro Middle School Boys Basketball

   Frank Hughes School hosted their annual Hassell Tournament last weekend. The Waynesboro Middle School Lady Cats played Savannah Christian Academy for the championship title. The Lady Cats walked away winners of the contest with a score of 32-28.

   The Waynesboro Middle School Wildcats faced the tough Frank Hughes Lions for the boys’ championship game. The ‘Cats pulled the win in the last few minutes of the close match up with a score of 37-33.
