Default having been made in the terms, conditions, and payments provided in a certain Deed of Trust dated July 1, 2008, executed by Jerri Ann Martin, an unmarried woman, to Arnold M. Weiss as Trustee, of record in Record Book 111, Page 618, in the Register’s Office for Wayne County, Tennessee, conveying certain real property therein described, and EDWARD D. RUSSELL of THE SR LAW GROUP, having been appointed as Substitute Trustee of record in Record Book 222, Page 495, in the Register’s Office for Wayne County, Tennessee;

This property is subject to certain restrictive covenants of record in Deed Book 139, Page 438, Register’s Office of Wayne County, Tennessee. A description of same is hereby incorporated by reference the same as if copied in full herein.
Being the sake property conveyed to Grantee in Quit Claim Deed, as filed at Book 85, Page 378 in the Register’s Office of Wayne County.
