CITY OF CLIFTON TENNESSEE REQUESTS BIDS FOR A ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
The City of Clifton, Tennessee is requesting bids from experienced, qualified, insured and licensed contractors to improve two City roads; Lapa Loop & Lapa Lane. The estimated overall length of the roads are 1,720 feet. The roads are to be built twelve feet wide with chip-seal surfaces, proper bedding, and drainage culverts. All bids shall include the furnishing of all materials, construction equipment, labor and any required insurance. WINNING BID AND ALL WORK SHALL MEET TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (TDOT) SPECIFICATIONS; NO EXCEPTIONS.
Proposals are to be submitted to the City of Clifton by 4:00 pm CST, Friday February 21, 2020. Bid opening will immediately follow in the City Manager’s office at City Hall. Bids will be presented to the Clifton Board of Commissioners at their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, February 24th, 2020 at 7:00 pm for review.
