WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated July 26, 1999, and the Deed of Trust of even date, securing said Deed of Trust Note recorded in Book 157, at Page 434 in the Register's Office for Wayne County, Tennessee, executed by STACEY L. COFFMAN and MERITTA A. COFFMAN, conveying the certain property described therein to Arnold M.
